Framing the Problem
Real estate is illiquid, inaccessible to small investors, and leaves value on the table.
Tokenization enables fractional ownership and staking generates additional yield—but existing
platforms are built for crypto-natives with jargon, wallet requirements, and no legal clarity.
==========================
Challenge:
Design a real estate staking experience that:
Bridges physical and digital ownership (tokens = legal property rights)
Translates real estate metrics (cap rate, NOI) into staking language (APY, yield)
Removes wallet friction (email-first onboarding with KYC integration)
Serves both traditional RE investors (property data) and crypto-natives (protocol data)
Visualizes dual yield sources (rental income + staking rewards)
Provides clear exit paths (secondary market, buyback, property sale)
Builds regulatory trust (compliance badges, legal disclosures, tax tools)

==========================
Success looks like:
A first-time real estate investor can buy $500 of a tokenized property,
understand their fractional ownership, see rental + staking yield separately,
and know exactly how to sell their tokens—all without learning crypto terminology.
Design Highlights
Replaced all crypto jargon (stake, APY, validator, gas fees) with action-oriented, benefit-focused language (Activate Rewards, Your earning rate, Network fee)
Changed "Connect Wallet" to "Get Started" with email option – removed #1 drop-off point
Translated "Unstake" to "Withdraw" – using familiar banking terminology
Converted "NFT" to "Digital product card" – describes what users actually own
After accessing the website, users land on a dashboard to manage their staking positions and rewards.
From Landing page to Users Dashboard :
After connecting your wallet, you will be redirected to your dashboard to explore real estate staking opportunities, as well as view and activate your rewards.

Instant Estimated Reward
Users can activate the assets and instantly view the estimated rewards based on the staking date. They can also customize their staking duration, monitor reward accrual speed, and track their earning rate.

Key Things I Focused On :
One-click "Activate Rewards" with background transaction handling; progress bars for lock periods; network fee transparency
Same card design for Active Rewards, Available Properties, and Communities; consistent "Claim" and "Withdraw" patterns
Zero-asset onboarding flow, failed mint recovery modal, malformed token fallback UI, skeleton loaders
