Problem Statement
The lack of a centralized, automated system for handling vessel documentation and payments creates delays, miscommunication, and financial inefficiencies for both ship operators and port authorities. There is a need for a streamlined, digital platform that simplifies document submission, ensures payment transparency, and enhances collaboration to improve port clearance operations.
The objective
To design a dashboard called Telemaq that automatically collects required documents before arriving at the selected port, enables payment during voyage creation, and supports cryptocurrency as a new payment method.

Collaborated closely with the development team to ensure a smooth transition from design to implementation. Provided ongoing support and guidance during the development phase, addressing any design-related challenges that arose. Played a key role in the app's successful relaunch, monitoring user feedback and engagement post-launch to inform future updates.
Outcomes
The redesigned Telemaq platform streamlined the documentation and payment process for vessel arrivals. Captains and shipping operators can now automatically collect required authority documents before reaching port and complete payments — including via cryptocurrency — during voyage creation. This reduced manual workload, minimized port clearance delays, and increased operational efficiency across the fleet.
